Overview

Gain skills and competency in basic office workstation set-up and/or support for early intervention considerations as a Level 1 Certified Office Workstation Practitioner. Training provided through both online course modules and face-to-face practical training. Ideal for team leaders, occupational health advisors, health practitioners, procurement specialists, designers, or office furnishing suppliers.

  • obtain new skill set to assess and advise individuals for foundation-level workstation “fit”

  • download resource material for ongoing reference when justifying recommendations

  • have access to an interactive animated case study to help test your practical knowledge

  • have access to a paper-based assessment tool for basic screening, assessment, and advising

  • use the credential of COWP-1 post successful completion of all assessment material and face-to-face delivery attendance

Managing Director | Principal Design Strategist

Dr Sara Pazell

Dr Pazell holds affiliations with five Australian universities, including that as an Industry Fellow with the Sustainable Minerals Institute at The University of Queensland. Dr Pazell provides teaching and research support in organisational science, human factors, ergonomics, health and wellness, safety, and allied health. Dr Pazell is part of the international advisory committee for the WELL Movement concept v2 and an expert faculty member for Australia’s only certified Wellness WiseTM Practitioner training program. Dr Pazell was the committee chair for the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia’s Good Work Design position paper and supporting resources. Her other passions include instructing yoga and sports & strength conditioning.
